Refund Policy

This policy applies to training programmes and workshops booked with Dev Routecore Ltd. It does not cover third-party products you may use independently (charting subscriptions, brokerage fees, etc.).

1. Cooling-off period

If you enrol at a distance (online enrolment without face-to-face contact at enrolment), UK consumer regulations may provide a 14-day cancellation right for unused services. If you request cancellation within 14 days and no programme materials have been dispatched or digital access granted, we will refund fees in full.

2. Market Structure Foundation Programme

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus £40 administration fee, or transfer to a later cohort at no charge.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% refund or transfer to next available cohort.
• Less than 7 days before start: Deposits are non-refundable; any balance paid may be transferred once to a later cohort within 12 months.
• After programme begins: No refund for sessions already delivered. Unused future sessions may be credited toward a future cohort at our discretion if withdrawal is due to documented medical or family emergency.

3. Trendline Discipline Intensive (single day)

• More than 7 days before: Full refund minus £25 administration fee.
• 3–7 days before: 50% refund or transfer to next intensive date.
• Less than 3 days before or no-show: No refund. Place may be transferred to another person if we receive written notice 24 hours ahead.

4. One-to-One Chart Review

• More than 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Within 48 hours: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• No-show: No refund.

5. Corporate Chart Standards sessions

Cancellation terms are specified in the written quote and invoice. Typically: full refund if cancelled more than 21 days before; 50% if 8–21 days; no refund within 7 days unless we can reallocate the slot.

6. Deposits

Foundation Programme deposits (£340) secure a place and are non-refundable within seven days of the cohort start date. Deposits are applied to the total fee and are not a separate product.

7. Materials and postage

Printed workbooks dispatched before cancellation are non-refundable once posted. If you cancel before dispatch, material costs are not charged.

8. Work already started

Written feedback on submitted chart assignments, instructor preparation time, and delivered session hours are non-refundable once completed.

9. Rescheduling by Dev Routecore

If we cancel or reschedule a session due to instructor illness or venue unavailability, you may choose a full refund or a priority place on the next date at no extra cost.

10. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your bank.

11. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@dev-routecore.click with your name, programme name, start date, and reason. Include your invoice reference. We confirm receipt within two working days.

12. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
